bellamy cottage

is situated in the picturesque village of Burnham Market. The village green with its traditional shops and the Famous Hoste Arms is just 5 minutes walk away.

On entering the property at the rear through its large wooden gates, a series of shallow steps leads you through the garden to a paved and cobbled patio and the main entrance into the Kitchen/Dining Room.

The Kitchen/Diner is fully fitted with cottage style hand made pine units, an Aga, Electric Cooker, Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Microwave Oven. In front of the Aga is an Oak Refectory Table that can seat 8 – 10.

From the kitchen you enter the cosy Sitting Room with log burning stove, TV & Video and French doors onto the South facing walled patio garden.

Also downstairs, there is a Snug/Playroom with a double sofabed, TV & DVD player (there are also some games, toys, books & videos) and a Shower Room/Toilet which has recently been refurbished and fully tiled.

Upstairs, the Main Bedroom, a large double aspect room, has a zipped and linked double bed and room for an additional bed or cot.

In addition to this there is another Double Bedroom, a large twin room (with room for an additional Z Bed) and a single room with bunk beds.

Finally, there is a newly refurbished and fully tiled Victorian style Bathroom with a victorian style roll top bath, sink and toilet.

The main, very secluded garden has an L shaped lawn, surrounded by mature shrubs and trees, a large patio with a wooden table that seats 10-12, plus BBQ.

The South facing Patio Garden has a wooden table and chairs, access to a shed in which there are dry logs, and an additional fridge and freezer.

There is off road parking for one car and plenty of parking for additional cars in the quiet cul-de-sac through which you gain vehicular access.

is located in the charming village of Salthouse which is on the coast road near to Blakeney and Cley. The village consists of a Post Office/Shop, Church, Seafood Restaurant, a family friendly pub The Dun Cow that serves food all day and the very popular nature reserve, home to rare native and migrating birds.

Salt Barn is a 2 bed, end-terrace barn conversion, situated just back from the coast road. There is off road parking for 1 car.

The barn is entered through the garden and double part glazed doors into the spacious Kitchen/Diner, which has a part vaulted ceiling and exposed timbers. It is fully equipped with farmhouse style furniture, including a 7’6” dining table and chairs, mostly new appliances inc. Electric Oven & Grill, Gas Hob, Fridge and Dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a Utility Room with oil fired boiler supplying central heating and hot water, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven and Table Top Freezer.

Next to the kitchen is the Downstairs Ensuite twin Bedroom with an extra single bed. French doors lead onto the patio and garden .

An open tread pine staircase leads from the kitchen to the part galleried impressive Living Room with a double sofabed, double aspect roof windows and views over village, marshes and sea beyond. There is an open fire place with log burning stove, TV, Video and DVD.

A door leads off the living room to the main double aspect Ensuite Double Bedroom with double bed, views over the marshes and ensuite shower room with hand basin and WC.

There is a small garden containing a variety of establish shrubs, and a flagstone patio with attractive flint boundary walls.

There is also a garage and parking area.

pomfrets cottage

An attractive brick and chalk cottage, set in the grounds of the main house, with wonderful country views across to Burnham Overy Staithe windmill. It has recently been refurbished to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 with an open plan upstairs sleeping and sitting area to enjoy the view. The Georgian village of Burnham Market and the renowned coast at Burnham Overy Staithe are both within walking distance approx 1 mile away.

Accommodation: Heating is by electric storage heaters.

Kitchen: Views to windmill and well-equipped with electric oven hob, fridge, microwave & washing machine. Dining table & 5 chairs.

Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 1: Twin beds with a third single bed stored under, bedside tables & lamps, wardrobe and dressing table.

first floor

Stairs are not steep. Light and spacious open plan area with sleeping and sitting areas each with lovely open views.

Sleeping area: king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps.

Sitting area: 2 sofas,walk-in cupboard, TV, DVD.

Parking in shingle driveway (care should be taken with narrow entrance). There is an enclosed garden area for tenants use. At the owner’s discretion the entire gardens of the main house, including wooded area and a river at the far end, may be available for use.

(The owners will not accept responsibility for use of full garden).

It is a short walk to Burnham Market and there is a footpath to Burnham Overy Staithe. Sleeps 4+1
